Returns and Order Cancellation Policy
You can return the goods within 30 days of getting delivery as long as the goods are not used and is in their original packaging.
You must contact our returns department via email email@example.com for any goods to be returned, explaining reason.
Please note: Although, we tried to help our customers with any returns but the final decision to accept any returns stands with a2zgb.com
We'll process your refund within 10 days of us receiving the item/s back in our returns center. We'll refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
Order Cancellation Or Change Policy
We're sorry that in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it.
If you'd like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.
If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services team for advice via email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and order date.
If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
Products made from precious skins (very costly) where we cannot accept returns and refund due to special orders (made to order).
International Returns Policy
At a2zgb.com we have made our returns process easy for our International customers, in case you decide to return the product.
· To return your order to us, please first email customer support at email@example.com. We will provide you with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number.
· Return your item(s) to us in their original, unused condition within 30 working days of receipt for a full refund.
· Fill in our returns form from the website, and write this RA number in the appropriate space.
· Re-package the goods using the original packaging.
· Return the item to us with a courier or delivery service of your choice. Please choose an appropriate delivery service that insures you for the value of your goods.
· Please remember to obtain a proof of postage receipt. In the unlikely even a returned item is lost in transit, this proof of postage is required to claim from your courier for the loss.
· Items will be inspected on arrival to us.
· We will also refund your original delivery charge (if applicable) in the unlikely event the product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted or for exchange.
· All refunds will be processed as soon as the goods are returned to us, with funds taking 10 working days to be refunded to your original account / card. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us in GBP, at the price you paid. Please note, we are not responsible for any fluctuations in currency markets.
